The Destination & National Film & Sci-Fi Museum Ltd team are passionate about making sure that all of our attendees have the best experience they can but as with all events there is lots to consider before choosing to attend if you have additional needs. Areas of the event can sometimes get very busy and crowded and there is a lot to see and do, so visiting involves a bit of movement around the hotel and there may be periods of standing for certain activities like autographs and photo shoots. With that many people the events can also be noisy so please consider your individual needs and capacities before deciding whether to attend the event. We would love to see you there but only if your visit can be fun and safe.
To enable us to issue your wristbands as quickly as possible on the day we ask that you pre-register using our online form.
Before you complete the extra help form below, PLEASE make sure you have read and understood the policies for the event first. Also make sure you are aware of the closing date to apply as if we reach attendee capacity, we may not be able to facilitate your requests. You will need to have purchased your event ticket before completing the form as you are required to enter your order number.
